This workshop is going to be all about understanding texts from levels J-O.  We are going to break down how fiction books in these levels change and howour strategies should change to support readers as they move up in to more complex texts. This workshop is best for grades 2-5, teachers of 1st graders that read above level, and support teachers working with grades 3rd-5th who need extra support. This workshop is HIGHLY limited to 20 seats.  Each participant will get books across the levels that will support the teaching across the day as well as Jennifer Serravallo's text, Understanding Texts and Readers.
